Four day weekend...ha!

Fed up hearing about this so called four day weekend, we are in school for inservice training today but off tomorrow.

Very depressing! At least its not raining!

Getting in the jubilee spirit

We got ourselves into the jubilee spirit today by writing invitations to our school garden party to celebrate the jubilee. In the afternoon we created bunting, paper chains, designed our own union jacks, made placemats and table decorations. Messy and fun!

Good news Monday :)

Some colleagues and I have been asked to go to north Lanarkshire to be trained in their active literacy programme. Should be good!
